Do you offer customisation options for your handles? 

Yes. Momo Handles can accommodate customised designs for larger residential or commercial projects. For customisation enquiries, please contact us at hello@momohandles.com.au.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your handles, we advise looking at our care instructions, which can be found under each product. Following these recommendations ensures your handles remain in pristine condition for years to come.

Do you have a warranty or guarantee on your products? 

All Momo Handles come with a lifetime guarantee, reflecting our commitment to enduring quality and performance.

Can I see a list of your authorised retailers or showrooms?

Our showrooms include: 

  • Sydney: 449 Oxford St, Paddington NSW 2021 (Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm) 

And we also have two home centre locations:  

  • Adelaide: Building Ideas Centre, 279 Grote Street, Adelaide SA 5000 
  • Perth: Home Base Design & Build Centre, 55 Salvado Rd, Subiaco WA 6008 

What is the process for ordering handles for large projects?

Are your handles suitable for both residential and commercial use? 

Absolutely. Our handles are designed for both residential and commercial applications. Our team is available to help identify the perfect solution for your specific requirements.

How can I arrange for a sample or swatch of your handle designs? 

Samples and swatches can be requested via email to hello@momohandles.com.au. Please include:

What are the shipping options and delivery times for your handles?

Momo Handles ships Australia wide. For Sydney and Brisbane Metro areas, orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day. All other regions, orders are placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT are dispatched the same day. We strive to ensure all deliveries are timely and efficient.
