House Full of Handles - T&Cs

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Momo Handles Australia (“Momo Handles”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).
2. Competition Name
The competition will be known as the Momo Handles House Full of Handles Competition - Cabinet Handle Giveaway.
3. Competition Period
The competition will run for twenty one (21) days.
The competition opens at 10:00am on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, June 24th 2026.
No entries submitted after the closing date and time will be accepted.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers and immediate family members of Momo Handles or any associated business connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and a valid email address to participate.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) prize winner.
The winner will receive cabinet handles from Momo Handles up to the total retail value of AUD $2,000 RRP.
The prize is subject to the following conditions:
- The prize is valid for Momo Handles cabinet handles only.
- The prize cannot be used for other product categories unless approved by Momo Handles in writing.
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash or monetary value.
- If the selected cabinet handles exceed AUD $2,000 RRP, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
- If the selected cabinet handles are below AUD $2,000 RRP, the remaining balance will not be paid out, credited, refunded or exchanged.
- The prize does not include installation, trades, cabinetry, freight, delivery, styling, design advice or any other associated renovation costs unless expressly stated by Momo Handles.
- Prize fulfilment is subject to product availability at the time of selection.
6. How to Enter
To enter the competition, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:
- Be following @momohandles on Instagram.
- Like the competition Instagram post.
- Comment on the competition Instagram post and tag three (3) friends.
- Complete the official entry form via the link in the Momo Handles Instagram bio.
All entry steps must be completed for an entry to be considered valid.
Incomplete, incorrect, late or unverifiable entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
No purchase is required to enter.
7. Entry Limits
Each entrant may submit one (1) valid entry unless otherwise stated by Momo Handles.
Multiple entries from the same person, duplicate email addresses, duplicate
Instagram accounts or entries using false or misleading information may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Winner Selection
This competition is a game of chance. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The random draw will take place on or around Tuesday, 30th June 2026 at Momo Handles head office.
The draw may be conducted using a random selection tool, random number generator or other fair and reasonable random draw method determined by Momo Handles.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the HubSpot entry form.
The winner will be announced via email on or around Friday, 3rd July 2026. The winner must respond to the email notification within 5 business days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, provides incorrect contact details, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Momo Handles reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select another winner.
10. Redraw
If required, a redraw will take place on or around Monday, 13th July 2026.
The redraw winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries and notified via email.
11. Prize Claim and Product Selection
The winner will be required to select cabinet handles from the Momo Handles product range, up to the maximum value of AUD $2,000 RRP.
Product selection must be completed within 30 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Prize fulfilment is subject to stock availability. If any selected product is unavailable, Momo Handles may offer an alternative product of equal or similar value at its discretion.
12. Use of Entrant Information
By entering the competition, entrants agree that Momo Handles may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting the winner and adding entrants to the Momo Handles email database.
Personal information collected may include, but is not limited to:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Instagram handle
- Any additional information submitted via the HubSpot entry form
Entrants may unsubscribe from Momo Handles marketing communications at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Momo Handles Privacy Policy.
13. Marketing Consent
By completing the entry form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Momo Handles, including emails relating to products, design inspiration, promotions, competitions, campaigns and brand updates.
Entrants can opt out of these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Momo Handles emails.
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability in connection with the competition.
Entrants acknowledge that any information provided is being provided to Momo Handles and not to Instagram or Meta.
15. Verification and Disqualification
Momo Handles reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
Momo Handles may disqualify any entrant who:
- Fails to complete all entry requirements
- Provides false, incomplete or misleading information
- Uses automated entry methods
- Attempts to tamper with the entry process
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions
- Engages in conduct that is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate or harmful to the Momo Handles brand
16. Changes to the Competition
Momo Handles reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any changes will be communicated via Momo Handles’ official channels where appropriate.
17. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Momo Handles is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries
- Technical issues affecting Instagram, HubSpot, email or website access
- Entrants being unable to access the entry form
- Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the competition or prize
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights an entrant may have under Australian Consumer Law.
18. General Conditions
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Momo Handles’ decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
