1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Momo Handles Australia (“Momo Handles”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”)
By submitting an entry into the Momo Awards competition, each entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9am Friday 7th August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Sunday September 6th 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted unless otherwise determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian-based specifiers, including but not limited to interior designers, architects, building designers, builders, cabinetmakers, developers, stylists and other design or construction professionals who have specified, supplied, installed or used Momo Handles products in a completed or substantially completed project.

Entry into the Momo Awards is open exclusively to members of the Momo Handles Design Circle. Entrants must be a registered member of the Momo Handles Design Circle at the time their project submission is received. Individuals or businesses who are not members at the time the competition launches may still enter, provided they join the Momo Handles Design Circle before submitting their project.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter may be ineligible to win, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility, including their Momo Handles Design Circle membership, and may request additional information, including project details, product information, business details or proof that Momo Handles products have been used in the submitted project.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must submit a completed Momo Awards submission via this form during the Competition Period.

Each entry must include:
1. Entrant name, business name, email address and contact details.
2. Project name and location.
3. Project category, where applicable.
4. A short description of the project.
5. Details of the Momo Handles products used in the project, including product name, finish and application where known.
6. High-quality imagery of the completed space showing Momo Handles products in use.
7. Relevant project credits, including designer, architect, builder, cabinetmaker, photographer, stylist and any other parties requiring acknowledgement or if there are any licensing restrictions.
8. Any additional information reasonably requested by the Promoter.
Multiple entries may be submitted, provided each entry relates to a different eligible project.
Incomplete, illegible, incorrect, misleading or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid.

5. Competition Type

This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged by representatives of the Promoter and/or invited judges appointed by the Promoter.

6. Judging Criteria

Eligible entries will be judged based on criteria including, but not limited to:
1. Overall design quality and project execution.
2. Integration of Momo Handles products within the space.
3. Creativity and originality of the design.
4. Quality and suitability of submitted imagery.
5. Relevance to the Momo Handles brand and design aesthetic.
6. Suitability of the project for digital campaign use across Momo Handles marketing channels.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected on or around Monday 21st September 2026.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the details provided at the time of entry.

The Promoter may require the winner to confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within 14 days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible or cannot satisfy these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may select another winner.

8. Prize

The winner of the Momo Awards will receive:
1. A digital campaign featuring the winning project across Momo Handles digital platforms, which may include social media, website, EDM and other relevant Momo Handles marketing channels; and
2. A $500 Good Food voucher.
The total prize value is $500, plus the promotional campaign opportunity, which has no redeemable cash value.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other form of monetary value.

The digital campaign is subject to Momo Handles’ content calendar, creative direction, production timelines and marketing requirements. The Promoter does not guarantee a specific publication date, campaign duration, number of posts, advertising spend, audience reach, engagement, impressions, enquiries, sales or commercial outcome.

The Good Food voucher is subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions, including any validity period, redemption requirements or venue restrictions.

9. No Cash Substitution

No part of the prize may be substituted for cash, credit, product, services or any other monetary value.
If the stated prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that part of the prize with an item or opportunity of equal or greater value, where permitted by law.

10. Image Rights, Licensing and Permissions

By submitting an entry, the entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, communicate, adapt, crop, resize, edit, retouch, caption and otherwise use the submitted imagery, project description, project credits, business name, entrant name and related submission materials for Momo Handles marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, social media, website, EDM, PR, trade, sales, internal presentation and brand purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, use across:
1. Momo Handles social media channels.
2. Momo Handles website and blog.
3. Email marketing and EDM campaigns.
4. Digital advertising.
5. Sales presentations and trade communications.
6. PR and media submissions.
7. Printed or digital collateral.
8. Future Momo Handles marketing initiatives.
9. Organic and paid promotional activity.
The entrant acknowledges that Momo Handles may continue to use the submitted materials after the competition has ended and after the winner has been announced.

11. Responsibility for Third-Party Licences and Payments

The entrant is solely responsible for obtaining, paying for and maintaining all permissions, licences, consents, releases and approvals required for the submission and use of the project imagery and materials.
This includes, but is not limited to, permissions from:
1. The photographer or videographer.
2. The copyright owner of the imagery.
3. The project owner, homeowner, client or developer.
4. The architect, designer, builder, cabinetmaker, stylist or other project contributors.
5. Any person whose image, likeness, property or work appears in the submitted materials.
6. Any third-party supplier, brand or rights holder whose products or intellectual property appear in the imagery.
Any licensing fees, usage fees, talent fees, release fees, photographer fees, usage restrictions, copyright payments, moral rights approvals or other costs associated with the submission or future use of the imagery by Momo Handles must be arranged and paid by the entrant, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
Momo Handles will not be responsible for any third-party licensing costs, image usage fees, copyright claims, talent fees, property release fees, photographer fees or other payments arising from an entrant’s submission.

12. Entrant Warranties

By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants that:
1. They have full authority to submit the project and all associated materials.
2. They have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, releases and licences required for Momo Handles to use the submitted imagery and materials in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. The submitted imagery does not infringe the copyright, moral rights, privacy rights, confidentiality rights, trade marks or other rights of any third party.
4. The submitted project genuinely includes Momo Handles products.
5. All project information, product details and credits provided are true, accurate and not misleading.
6. The submitted materials are not confidential and do not breach any client, homeowner, supplier or project agreement.
7. Where the submitted imagery shows a private residence, the entrant has obtained permission from the owner or occupant for the imagery to be submitted and used for promotional purposes.
8. The entrant has disclosed any usage limitations, licence restrictions or required credits relating to the imagery at the time of entry.

13. Moral Rights and Attribution

The entrant must provide accurate project credits at the time of submission.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to include supplied credits where practical, but the entrant acknowledges that credits may not appear in every use, format, crop, channel or placement.
The entrant must ensure that all moral rights consents required under applicable law have been obtained from photographers, designers, architects, stylists, creators and any other relevant contributors, allowing the Promoter to use, edit, crop, adapt and publish the submitted materials in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter will not knowingly attribute work incorrectly, but it relies on the entrant to provide accurate and complete credit information.

14. Editing and Creative Control

The entrant acknowledges that Momo Handles retains full creative control over the digital campaign and any use of submitted materials.
The Promoter may edit, crop, resize, retouch, colour-correct, overlay text, add captions, create reels, create carousels, prepare website content, prepare EDM content or otherwise adapt the submitted materials to suit its brand, platform requirements and marketing objectives.
The Promoter is not required to seek further approval from the entrant before publishing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
1. Is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or submitted late.
2. Does not include Momo Handles products.
3. Contains imagery or content that the Promoter considers unsuitable, offensive, unlawful or inconsistent with the Momo Handles brand.
4. Infringes or may infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Is submitted without the necessary permissions, consents or licences.
6. Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
7. Is submitted by an entrant who has engaged in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or inappropriate conduct.

16. Publicity

By entering the competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, business name, project name, project imagery, project description and submitted materials for promotional purposes relating to the Momo Awards and Momo Handles more broadly.
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, which may include written comments, interviews, social media posts or other content requests.

17. Privacy

The Promoter will collect entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting entrants, verifying eligibility, awarding the prize and conducting related marketing and promotional activity.
Personal information may include name, business name, email address, phone number, project details and other information provided in the submission.
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their submitted information for competition administration and Momo Handles marketing purposes, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

18. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, claim or liability suffered or incurred by an entrant arising from or in connection with the competition, the prize, the use of submitted materials or any act or omission by the entrant.
The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim or liability arising from:
1. A breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. A breach of any entrant warranty.
3. Any claim that the submitted imagery or materials infringe third-party rights.
4. Any failure by the entrant to obtain required permissions, licences or consents.
5. Any inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by the entrant.
6. Any claim by a photographer, project owner, homeowner, client, designer, architect, builder, stylist, supplier or other third party in relation to the submitted project or imagery.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Technical Issues

The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or unsuccessful entries caused by technical issues, internet failure, platform issues, email failure, form errors or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

20. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the competition if circumstances arise that compromise the fairness, integrity, administration or lawful operation of the competition.
The Promoter may amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

21. Social Media Disclaimer

Where the competition is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest or any other social media platform, entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms.
Entrants release those platforms from any liability arising in connection with the competition.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia.
Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.
